A booking is only valid once it is confirmed by the platform
Quotes, vehicle availability, and route coverage are subject to the data and rules active at the time of booking.
Passengers are responsible for providing accurate pickup time, route, contact details, and any relevant flight or access information.
Fares should be shown before confirmation and paid through approved payment workflows
Published pricing and route logic are intended to provide fixed, upfront fares. Additional charges may apply only where the product or policy explicitly states them.
A booking may be cancelled, delayed, or held if payment authorization fails or if fraud, abuse, or invalid account activity is detected.
Cancellation terms apply from the moment the booking is confirmed
Where the booking flow or confirmation page states a cancellation policy, that policy governs the refund outcome for that ride.
Passengers should cancel as early as possible so dispatch, partner, and vehicle allocation can be updated cleanly.
Accounts and the site must be used lawfully and in good faith
Users may not attempt to bypass pricing logic, abuse promo workflows, access unauthorized data, or interfere with the platform or its partners.
VIPRyde may suspend or terminate access where there is fraud, misuse, repeated payment failure, or conduct that threatens safe service delivery.
