Cancellation policy
Cancellation windows depend on confirmed service type and route profile. Concierge confirms exact terms at booking confirmation.
Standard transfers
Cancellations submitted at least 12 hours before pickup are generally free of charge unless different terms were explicitly confirmed for the route.
Hourly and complex services
Hourly standby, roadshows and special assignments can require longer notice due to dedicated capacity allocation and scheduling constraints.
Late cancellation and no-show
Late cancellation or no-show may be billed in full where chauffeur, vehicle and dispatch resources were already committed to the confirmed service.
Reschedule requests
Concierge will attempt to preserve service class and timing for schedule changes; revised pricing or service windows may apply based on route and timing.
