Wait time policy

Airport pickups include monitored arrival handling when flight details are provided. Complimentary wait time is calculated from actual landing time under confirmed city terms.

City pickups include a standard grace window. Additional waiting beyond that window may be billed according to city and class policy.

For hourly services, waiting is included inside the confirmed standby block and route brief approved by concierge dispatch.

Significant delays, route changes or passenger no-shows can result in revised service charges, subject to the confirmed booking framework.
